Hello there everyone!! This site is for the group of dedicated skiing fanatics who collected last year at Alpes d'Huez to indulge in some fantastic skiing, excellent cuisine, and debaucherous amounts of alcohol! This is a dedication to those fine people who brave the powder snow, who dare to sample the liquid delights of the mountains, and who are dumb enough to eat Patrick's food!! This is for Us.

    Séverine, Sandrine, Laurent, Roland, and Patrick. Originally Markus was supposed to join us, but he had commitments abroad in USA so was/is unable to join in the fun. However, another young lady, Carine might hopefully be able to join us for some fun and games! We have already had two excursions. One to Alpes d'Huez where hopefully we might return soon enough, and another to Ireland where we stayed with Séverine.

    So now we are off to Généve for New Years Eve, with a possible stay in Roland's family house in the Swiss Alps. That would be great!! Swiss Cheese, French Wine, black Danish vodka and SNOW SNOW SNOW!!!!
    Then in March the plans are to return to Alpes d'Huez for another week of crazy behaviour - Sandrine - and lots of skiing. Some of us however, do prefer sitting down in the snow - Roland - but that is just a personal preference I guess!!

    The last time we went skiing we had lots of fun. We spent some time skiing - learning from Séverines expertise - lots of time eating and drinking - Sandrine maybe drinking slightly more than others - and even more time trying to throw each other into the snow!! Poor Sandrine got a little buried at one stage! Roland and Laurent amazed the group by producing some excellent cuisine, while Patrick has the makings of a master dish washer!!
